Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef with hands-on expertise in charcoal grilling, marination, and tandoor cooking. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of preparing and cooking various tandoori and grilled dishes while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and marinate chicken, paneer, kebabs, and other tandoori items.
- Handle charcoal tandoor operations and grilling.
- Prepare and cook tandoori starters, kebabs, and grilled dishes.
- Ensure proper cooking, taste, texture, and presentation of food.
- Maintain consistency in recipes and food quality.
- Manage tandoor temperature and cooking time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef.
- Hands-on experience in charcoal grilling and tandoor cooking.
- Good knowledge of marination techniques and spice combinations.
- Experience in preparing tandoori starters, kebabs, and grilled items.
- Ability to manage tandoor operations independently.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Salary & Advantages

- Salary up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Location: Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
