Field recruiters travel locally, visit neighborhoods, attend job fairs, and run walk-in drives to build immediate talent pipelines. This role is common in industries with high frontline, logistics, quick-commerce, retail, or operational workforce needs (such as delivery riders, warehouse packers, and facility staff)

- On-Ground Sourcing: Travel across assigned localities to source candidates through street networking, local markets, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct face-to-face or on-site initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and availability.
- Bulk & Volume Hiring: Meet daily or monthly hiring quotas for operational, warehouse, or delivery roles.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Collect required paperwork (ID proofs,



educational certificates, resumes) and guide current hires through joining formalities.
- Retention & Follow-up: Brief candidates thoroughly about the job to reduce early attrition rates.
- Local Network: Strong familiarity with local areas, community touchpoints, and regional candidate pools.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication and strong persuasion skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground.

Experience: 0 - 2 years. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
