Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer releases.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up on background verification and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to fulfil hiring requirements.




- Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Good sourcing, screening and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobStreet and other recruitment platforms.
- Good coordination, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Malaysia recruitment or international hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment ATS and candidate management systems.
