Role & responsibilities

* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for both shore-based corporate roles (logistics, documentation, sales, finance)

- Sourcing Strategy: Through job potals, job boards, qualified networks and maritime-specific databases to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with department heads, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.

* Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages, prepare formal offer letters, and manage the pre-employment screening process.

* Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, tracking certificates, contracts, and endorsements.

* Vendor Management: Liaison with external crewing agencies, manning offices, and travel vendors to optimize operational efficiency.

* Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, maritime academy events, and industry networking functions.
