We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and stakeholder management, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements across business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates.




- Maintain candidate engagement and provide a positive hiring experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 months to 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in hiring for Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Marketing roles.
- Exposure to both bulk and lateral hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
