Role Description The System Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaggayyapeta. The person in this role will monitor, operate, and maintain systems and equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimal downtime. Daily tasks include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with team members to resolve problems, and documenting system performance and incidents.

The System

Operator will also support communication workflows, follow standard operating procedures, and participate in training activities to improve processes and reliability. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and operational standards, and effective coordination with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Training skills to collaborate with teams, support knowledge sharing, and follow clear instructions.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, perform basic maintenance, and escalate complex problems appropriately.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience or familiarity with Army operations or structured, discipline-focused environments, where procedures and chain of command are critical.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Satellite Communications (SATCOM) or related communication technologies to operate and monitor specialized systems.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic technical or IT literacy, ability to read and interpret system logs, and comfort working with operational equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in shift-based work, and the ability to work safely in an on-site setting are important.
- A relevant diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or a similar field is preferred but not strictly required if supported by practical experience.
