Job Summary:- Act as the primary Tier 2 escalation point to maintain, optimize, and secure core server environments, systems, and virtualization layers.

Job Role:- System Administrator L2.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated L1 tickets, analyze logs, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
- Virtualization: knowledge of VMware vSphere ,Nutanix Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- Backups & Security: Commvault data backup schedules, deploy server patches, and audit user permissions.
- Documentation: Write technical SOPs and log internal Change Management requests.

Required Skills:-

- OS: Windows Server (2019/2022) and/or Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS). deployment of VMs,
- SAM audit: Administering, software deployment assessment
- VAPT: Server compliances




- Storage monitoring and alerts
- Solarwind or opmanager for capacity planning and alerts
- Methodical problem-solving under operational pressure, solid communication for vendor coordination, and the ability to work independently.

Job Location : Thane Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

Shift: Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM
