Job Title: Production & Operations Supervisor / In-charge

We are looking for a responsible and organised candidate to independently manage end-to-end project operations, from production to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and manage manpower.
- Plan and monitor production schedules and targets.
- Maintain inventory records of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor material requirements, stock levels and wastage.
- Ensure product quality and timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and dispatch teams.
- Oversee packing, documentation and final dispatch.
- Maintain daily production, inventory and project reports.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good planning, coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day operations and take ownership of assigned projects.
