- Job Title: Supervisor – Textile & Carpet Line

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage daily operations in the textile and carpet production line. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily textile and carpet manufacturing operations.

- Manage and guide workers and production staff.

- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.

- Maintain product quality and production standards.

- Check fabric, carpet finishing, stitching, weaving, and other production processes.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

- Maintain daily production reports and records.

- Coordinate with management and other departments.

- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and cleanliness.





- Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in textile, carpet, or manufacturing industries.

- Experience in handling production workers and daily operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
