Position: Styling Engineer

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Salary: Hike on Current CTC, based on experience and technical expertise

Job Summary

Looking for skilled and experienced Styling Engineers to support automotive styling and product development activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive exterior and/or interior styling, surface development, 3D modelling, and design feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Work on automotive exterior and/or interior styling development activities.

Convert styling concepts and design proposals into 3D digital models and surfaces.

Develop and modify Class-A / styling surfaces as per project requirements, where applicable.

Interpret sketches, design references, styling data, and technical requirements.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and product development teams to ensure styling feasibility.

Support surface refinement, design updates, and engineering changes.

Check surface quality, continuity, gaps,



and alignment.

Ensure styling designs meet aesthetic, dimensional, and engineering requirements.

Participate in design reviews and resolve styling-related issues.

Maintain design data, models, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

3–8 years of relevant experience in automotive styling engineering.

Understanding of automotive exterior and/or interior styling.

Knowledge of 3D modelling and surface development.

Understanding of Class-A surfacing and surface quality concepts, where relevant.

Ability to interpret styling sketches, design data, and engineering requirements.

Knowledge of automotive product development processes.

Solid visualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
