Techno Dot Academy is looking for a smart, energetic, and student-focused Student Success Manager to ensure students have a positive learning experience, achieve their academic goals, and successfully complete their training programs.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Success

- Act as the primary point of contact for students after enrollment.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and course completion.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to understand their progress, challenges, and satisfaction.
- Identify students at risk of dropping out and take proactive steps to improve retention.
- Motivate students to remain engaged and achieve their learning goals.

Academic & Training Coordination

- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Monitor class schedules, training sessions, assignments, and student feedback.
- Support students with academic-related queries and coordinate timely solutions.
- Ensure proper communication regarding classes, examinations, assessments, and course updates.

Student Experience & Relationship Management





- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Handle student concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Conduct student satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
- Organize student engagement activities and career development sessions.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain accurate student records, attendance reports, and progress tracking.
- Monitor student retention, course completion, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare regular student success and academic coordination reports.
- Collaborate with admissions, academic, and placement teams to improve overall student outcomes.

Who Can Apply
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students, parents, and trainers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in student counselling, academic coordination, customer success, or education is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
