Role Description The Student Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. The counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, organizing information sessions, and assisting with application completion and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate admissions records, and following up with applicants to ensure a smooth experience.

The role involves collaborating with faculty and administrative teams to communicate program details, admission criteria, and timelines. The counselor will also support outreach initiatives,



attend education fairs or school visits, and contribute to enrollment goals while maintaining a student-centered approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging prospective students and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide timely, supportive, and professional assistance throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively present programs, highlight benefits, and support enrollment objectives in a consultative manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with academic programs, higher education processes, or student counseling.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business, education, psychology, communications, or a related field.
