Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draughtsman with experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed structural drawings in coordination with structural engineers, architects, and other project teams, ensuring compliance with approved structural designs, technical specifications, and relevant building standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed structural drawings for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Develop structural drawings based on design calculations and instructions provided by structural engineers.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings (RCC) for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls and retaining walls.
- Prepare foundation layouts, pile layouts, pile cap details and footing drawings.
- Develop detailed structural drawings for basements, podiums and multi-storey building structures.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Prepare structural sections, elevations, plans and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants and site execution teams.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve drawing-related issues.




- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned and comply with relevant structural standards.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions and documentation.
- Provide technical drawing support to the site team during project execution.

Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of RCC structural detailing and reinforcement drawings.
- Understanding of high-rise building structural systems.
- Knowledge of foundation systems, pile foundations, raft foundations and retaining structures.
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting structural design drawings.
- Understanding of IS codes and relevant construction standards.
- Ability to verify structural drawings

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in high-rise building projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
