Responsibilities

- Ability to do strain gauging, WFT setups, data acquisition on track.
- Ability to operate GlyphWorks, TCE and RPC software.
- Understanding of Hydraulic actuator and setup functionality for durability lab requirements. Coordination with CAE/ design team.
- Ability to operate Road load simulation Rigs, ensuring accurate testing simulation.
- Root cause failure analysis for durability and strength testing.
Technical / Functional
- Robust fundamentals and knowledge in related functional areas i.e. CAE/ suspension design/ sheet metal/ knowledge of materials, theory of elasticity/ plasticity.
- Knowledge of basic instruments i.e. accelerometer, LVDT, Strain gauging, Load cell.
- Exposure to physical testing and ability to understand test conditions.
- AI/ML and Automation scripting use in testing (optional exposure).
