About the Role

RIDH Fabric Studio is looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Store Supervisor / Store Manager to manage daily showroom operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

The candidate must be willing to work directly in a retail fabric showroom and actively participate in day-to-day store activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily store-level activities to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock and operational requirements.
- Supervise fabric measurements, cutting, and order preparation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain daily checklists, store records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with sales staff and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient teamwork.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper arrangement and display of fabrics.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, discipline, and overall presentation.
- Ensure store activities are completed on time and company procedures are followed.




- Support the sales team in customer handling during busy hours.
- Monitor daily store performance and report operational updates to management.
- Ensure proper coordination between sales, stock, and billing teams.
- Take responsibility for the overall functioning of the showroom.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in retail store supervision, store management, or showroom operations.
- Must be willing to work directly in a fabric showroom / retail store environment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of fabric measurement and cutting is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage daily store operations independently.
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Must be comfortable working with a rotational weekly off.
