Storyline Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Storyline Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, multimedia development, and creating interactive learning solutions that meet business and learner requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Convert storyboards, scripts, and instructional content into engaging digital learning experiences.
- Incorporate animations, simulations, assessments, quizzes, and multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and project stakeholders.
- Ensure courses are responsive, user-friendly, and SCORM/AICC/xAPI compliant.
- Perform quality assurance testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of learning modules.
- Maintain course version control and update existing learning content as required.
- Optimize courses for LMS deployment and tracking.
- Create and edit graphics, audio, and video assets when required.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.




- 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development.
- Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Working knowledge of Articulate Rise 360.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office applications.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies.

· Tools Required: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft PowerPoint, LMS Platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). *

- Experience creating software simulations and scenario-based learning.
- Strong visual design and graphic creation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
