Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing operations.
Source and negotiate with vendors for the best quality and competitive pricing.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, ingredients, packaging and kitchen supplies.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and consumption.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Control purchasing costs and minimise wastage.
Ensure quality checks and adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain purchase records, invoices and MIS reports.
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to meet daily requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
