Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely store opening and adherence to all store opening procedures.
- Drive sales performance and minimize loss of sales.
- Ensure product freshness, availability, and optimum space utilization.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service.
- Prevent stock-outs and control pilferage.
- Lead, motivate, and engage store employees.
- Ensure compliance with process audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Improve operational efficiency and store productivity.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.




- Maintain the safety of employees, customers, and store assets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-14 years of experience in Store Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, QSR, Hospitality, or Manufacturing industries.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid knowledge of Product, Process, and People Management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage store operations and achieve business targets.
