Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and receiving to maintain accurate levels.

- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve store appearance.

- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer service standards, and performance expectations.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in showroom management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in retail management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- Solid understanding of retail operations, including shrinkage control, floor management, and stock management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Proficiency in using technology such as POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
