Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage and lead a travel retail store independently. The candidate will be responsible for driving domestic and international holiday package sales, managing a team of 4–5 employees, developing the local market and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Handle customer enquiries, generate leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Promote destinations such as Europe, Australia, Recent Zealand, Japan and China.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion ratios.

2. Team Management & Leadership

- Manage, guide and motivate a team of 4–5 employees.
- Set individual targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training.
- Support recruitment and employee development.

3. Store Operations & Profitability

- Independently manage daily store operations.
- Monitor revenue, profit margins and operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.

4. Business Development & Local Marketing

- Develop corporate tie-ups, referral networks and local business partnerships.
- Execute local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market presence.

5. Customer Relationship Management





- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Ensure timely quotations, itinerary planning and booking follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, visa and finance teams.
- Handle customer complaints and generate repeat business.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track sales targets, revenue and team productivity.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Identify business gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, Holiday Packages, Travel Sales or Branch Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in domestic and international holiday package sales.
- Knowledge of group tours, FIT packages and international destinations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a store independently as a profit centre.
