We are looking for a detail-oriented Ordering Executive to join our jewellery business in Vikhroli. In this role, you will be responsible for handling back-office order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating between our sales and production teams.

- Order Processing: Accurate data entry of customer orders, product specifications, and dimensions into the system.
- Tracking & Follow-ups: Coordinating with the manufacturing team or artisans to track the status of orders.
- Documentation: Managing invoices, generating order receipts, and maintaining daily excel sheets.
- Coordination: Aligning with logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of jewellery pieces.





Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary cleared.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior experience in back-office/retail operations is a plus).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; good communication skills.
- Attributes: High attention to detail (as you will be dealing with precious items and exact measurements).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
