- Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and targets.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage account executives, sales managers, and business development teams.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Own the sales pipeline, track revenue forecasts, and manage CRM reporting for the leadership team and board.
- Target Setting: Establish individual and team sales quotas,
monitoring performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Key Account Management: Lead high-level negotiations, close strategic enterprise deals, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing (for lead generation), product (for feedback), and finance (for pricing and margins).
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market demands to adapt sales playbooks.
