Job Title: Maintenance Officer – Feed Mill

A Maintenance Officer at an animal feed mill keeps all processing, mixing, pelleting, and grain-handling machinery running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Implement and follow a routine maintenance schedule for grinders, mixers, pellet mills, elevators, leg belts, cups, and conveyors.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond immediately to mechanical, electrical, or structural breakdowns to restore operations quickly.
- Inspections: Conduct daily and monthly checks of machinery, safety guards, bearings, motors, and grain-handling equipment to detect issues early.
- Parts & Inventory Management: Track spare parts, log usage, and coordinate purchase requisitions for critical components.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work adheres to local safety regulations, biosecurity standards, and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate written and digital logs of all repairs, inspections, and parts replaced.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
