Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and productive workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support employees to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize the use of company resources.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other operational resources as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.




- Handle operational issues, resolve problems, and make timely decisions to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain operational records, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
- Set operational targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
