Job Summary:

We need an experienced Hotel Electrician who can also handle basic Plumbing repair work. Candidate will be responsible for all electrical and plumbing maintenance of the Hotel Building.

Key Responsibilities: Handle all electrical work - wiring, switch, socket, MCB, DB panel, lighting, hotel room electrical faults

Handle basic plumbing work - leakage repairing, pipe fitting, tap, flush, bathroom fitting repair, water motor check

Do daily maintenance rounds of Hotel Rooms, Lobby, Kitchen, Office area

Attend guest complaints related to electricity / plumbing / AC immediately

Maintain DG Set, Water Pump, Heater, Geyser

Keep record of maintenance log book and material used

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office team Ensure safety rules and prevent any electrical / water leakage issues





Requirements:Qualification: ITI in Electrician / Wireman Experience: 2 to 5 Years as Electrician in Hotel / Hospital / Mall / Building Maintenance

Must have knowledge of both Electrical + Plumbing repairing

Knowledge of AC basic repairing will be a plus point

Able to work with tools - Drill machine, Tester, Multimeter

Physically fit and hardworking

Age: 22 - 40 YearsMust be available in Day / Night Rotational Shift, Emergency Call
