Job Title: General Manager- Accounts &Finance;

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) for our apparel brand to oversee operations, financial management, and strategic planning within the company. The role involves leading teams, optimizing business processes, and ensuring financial health while contributing to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

· Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve overall performance.

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with the finance team.

· Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and manage internal controls.

· Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department heads and teams.

· Monitor business performance and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

· Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and investors.

· Assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.





· Support the CEO/ Director and executive leadership in decision-making and long-term planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.

· Proven experience in management roles, preferably in a similar industry.

· Robust understanding of business operations, HR, procurement and financial management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive performance improvements.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge of tax regulations, auditing standards, and financial compliance.

· Proven experience as a General Manager

· Experience in planning and budgeting operations etc.

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skill

· Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable

· Experience in a fashion company will be preferred

· Minimum age 40

· Should have some experience in Liasoning

Education and Experience:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

· Minimum experience of 10 years in a Managerial role.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
