Job Description – Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the institution's academic programmes, curriculum, admission criteria, fee structure and policies.
- Guide parents and students throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, school tours, admission meetings and interaction sessions.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Manage admission applications, documentation, student records and database updates.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative and other departments to facilitate the admission process.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, admission trackers and periodic reports.
- Assist in organising admission-related events, open houses, orientations and promotional activities.
- Ensure professional communication and a high standard of customer service at every stage of the admission journey.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Education, Management or Communications will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, educational counselling, customer relations or a similar role.
- Experience working with a reputed school or educational institution will be preferred.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge or similar programmes would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
