Sourcing & Procurement Manager

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 8–12 years

Skills

- Solid sourcing and procurement knowledge with managerial experience
- Domestic and international supplier and stakeholder management
- Process improvement experience; retail or transportation and logistics preferred
- MS Office and ERP knowledge; Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow preferred
- Excellent English communication, collaboration, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and meet delivery needs
- Manage teams, program delivery, priorities, and issue resolution
- Support category teams with spend consolidation and purchase order reviews
- Provide status reports and analysis on project progress and improvements
- Maintain governance and compliance; establish controls and mitigate risks

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per year
