Salon 149 is seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist to deliver top-tier hair care and styling services to our clients. You will be responsible for providing precision cuts, advanced chemical treatments, personalized consultations, and exceptional customer care in a modern salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Hair Styling & Cutting: Perform precision haircuts, styling, blow-outs, beard grooming, and texture services (smoothening, keratin, botox) for men and women.
- Chemical & Color Services: Provide professional hair coloring, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and specialized scalp and hair spa treatments.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to analyze client hair texture, condition, and facial features to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and home-care products.
- Target Achievement: Recommend home-care hair products and upsell complementary services to achieve individual monthly service and retail targets.
- Hygiene & Station Maintenance: Maintain clean, sterilized styling stations, tools, and equipment in accordance with salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Teamwork:



Coordinate with the Branch Manager and front desk team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and a seamless client experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Hair Stylist in a reputed salon setup.
- Education/Certification: Diploma or certification in Hair Dressing / Cosmetology from a recognized academy preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in up-to-date hair-cutting techniques, chemical treatments, and hair coloring products.
- Communication: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Onboarding Documents: Candidate must provide standard identity proof (Self-attested Copy of Aadhaar Card, PAN, and Bank Account details for salary transfer upon hiring).
