Job Description

Rastogi & Associates is looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Accountant & Client Account Manager to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial documentation for our firm, multiple clients, and an associated business firm.

This role involves handling accounts for different businesses and clients, coordinating directly with clients, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients and associated firms.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and assist with GST returns, TDS filings, and other taxation-related work.
- Maintain client-wise financial records and documentation.
- Handle invoicing, billing, payments, and outstanding follow-ups.




- Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and resolve accounting queries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and account summaries.
- Manage accounting assignments and deadlines across different businesses.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts will be preferred.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a CA firm or consultancy is preferred.
