Restaurant Cashier
Role Summary
The Restaurant Cashier is the primary point of contact for guests. You will greet customers, take accurate orders, process payments, and ensure the front-of-house counter remains clean, organized, and welcoming. You will also coordinate closely with the kitchen and service staff to keep orders moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Taking & POS Management: Enter dine-in, takeaway, and online/delivery orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallet transactions, issue receipts, and provide exact change.
- Cash Drawer Reconciliation: Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of your shift, match daily sales records, and report any discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu or pricing questions, make recommendations, and resolve basic customer complaints with a polite attitude.
- Station Cleanliness: Keep the cashier counter, display areas, and customer service zone clean, sanitized, and stocked with napkins, bills, and menus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
