Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, increasing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, and promoting our real estate projects through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for plot sales and real estate projects.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Create engaging content, posts, reels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for marketing materials.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities,



and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet marketing targets.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate or Property Marketing industry will be preferred.
- Experience in generating leads for plot sales, residential projects, or property investments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
