Job description:
We’re Hiring: HR Executive | Urgent Hiring!
Location: Initially Remote | Later Chennai (Office-based as required)
Experience: Freshers – 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Recruit sales professionals for our e-commerce business.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and support HR operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is a plus.
- Willingness to make calls and achieve hiring targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
