About the role

We are looking for a Senior B2B SEO Executive to own and drive organic search performance for business-to-business audiences. You will develop and execute search strategies that increase qualified traffic, generate leads, and strengthen our visibility with decision-makers across target markets.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end B2B SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis focused on long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
- Audit websites for crawlability, indexation, site structure, page speed, and Core Web Vitals, and work with development teams to implement fixes.
- Plan and produce SEO-led content briefs for thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and service pages in collaboration with content and subject-matter teams.
- Build and manage link acquisition and digital PR initiatives that earn relevant, authoritative backlinks.
- Monitor and report on organic performance using analytics and search console tools, translating data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with paid media, content,



and product marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Required skills and qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in B2B SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines.
- Strong command of keyword research, search intent mapping, and content optimization tools.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as schema markup, site architecture, and indexing.
- Proficiency with analytics and search console platforms and the ability to build clear performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined goals.

Nice to have

- Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or professional services brands targeting business buyers.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms to connect organic traffic to pipeline.
- Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to work more effectively with development teams.

Experience

5 to 7 years of skilled experience in SEO, with substantial exposure to B2B organizations.
