About the Job

Workadis India is looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our Visa Counselling team in Ahmedabad and Surat.

We welcome experienced professionals with knowledge of visa counselling as well as freshers who want to start their careers in the immigration and visa consultancy industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Guide clients regarding different visa categories and processes.

* Explain visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.

* Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

* Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.

* Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships.

* Assist clients with documentation and application procedures.

* Maintain daily client records and recruitment reports.

* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

* Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Knowledge of visa procedures will be an added advantage.
