Job Role : Operator

A Fishnet Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining fishnet manufacturing machines to produce quality fishing nets according to production requirements.

Job Responsibilities

· Operate fishnet manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.

· Set up machines according to production specifications.

· Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.

· Check net quality, mesh size, knot strength, and finishing.

· Identify and report machine faults or production defects.

· Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

· Maintain production records and daily output reports.

· Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

· Minimize material wastage and production downtime.





· Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of fishnet manufacturing operations.

· Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.

· Basic understanding of mesh sizes, net types, and materials.

· Attention to detail and quality control.

· Basic machine troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work in rotational and night shifts as part of a team ensuring uninterrupted supply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
