Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely data entry of information into the company's systems, databases, and records.

- Maintain and update daily records related to production, inventory, sales, purchase, and other operational activities.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered and ensure consistency across records.

- Prepare, maintain, and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.

- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of physical and digital records.

- Handle data related to seed production, processing, stock, dispatch, and other departmental activities, as applicable.

- Coordinate with concerned departments to collect, verify, and update required information.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and documents.

- Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or missing information in a timely manner.





- Assist in preparing MIS reports and other operational reports as required by the reporting manager.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain records as per the prescribed formats and deadlines.

- Perform other data entry and administrative activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc).

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

- Positive typing speed and accuracy.

- Basic computer and data management skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain records systematically.
