We are looking for an experienced Stitching Supervisor to oversee stitching operations for Protective Guards production. The role involves managing stitching teams, ensuring product quality, and meeting daily production targets while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily stitching operations for Protective Guards
- Manage stitching lines, operators, and helpers efficiently
- Ensure products meet required quality, strength, and safety standards
- Monitor stitching accuracy, seam quality, and finishing
- Achieve production targets while minimizing defects and rework
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Production teams
- Handle stitching machine issues and coordinate maintenance support
- Train workers on stitching standards and work procedures for protective guards
- Maintain safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stitching Supervisor in Protective Guards or PPE production
- Strong knowledge of industrial stitching machines




- Understanding of quality and safety requirements for protective products
- Ability to manage teams and meet production deadlines
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic production reporting and record-keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial protective guards, safety covers, or PPE products
- Knowledge of special stitching or reinforcement techniques
- Experience in export or compliance-based manufacturing is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
