Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care and support daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
- Identify changes in patient conditions and report them promptly.




- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and post-care instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and clinical protocols.

Required Skills
- Strong clinical nursing and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
- Experience in patient assessment and clinical documentation.
- Emergency response and patient-handling skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of infection control and hospital protocols.

Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant hospital experience.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Experience in a multispecialty hospital is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
