Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ICU Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in critical patient care, ICU monitoring, emergency management, and handling critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical conditions regularly.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other life-support equipment.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Monitor ventilator settings and report any abnormalities to the treating physician.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain ICU hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper patient handover during shift changes.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.




- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients' families when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing.
- Experience in handling ventilators and ICU equipment.
- Good clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU nursing.
- Candidates with hands-on ventilator management experience will be preferred.
- Must have good patient-care and clinical management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
