We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of video editing projects and produce engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical editing skills, creative storytelling abilities, and experience creating content for social media, YouTube, podcasts, promotional campaigns, and professional events.

As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for managing the complete video editing process, from understanding raw footage to delivering polished and engaging final videos.

You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create impactful videos that strengthen our brand presence, engage audiences, and promote our workshops, seminars, coaching programmes, and corporate training services.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Edit motivational speeches, educational content, podcasts, interviews, and training sessions.
- Handle complete video editing workflows, including cutting, trimming, transitions, colour correction, and audio enhancement.
- Create professional motion graphics, text animations,



and visual effects.
- Add attractive subtitles, captions, sound effects, and background music.
- Convert long-form motivational videos into multiple engaging short-form videos.
- Develop creative storytelling techniques to improve audience retention and engagement.
- Edit promotional videos for seminars, workshops, events, and training programmes.
- Maintain consistent video quality and brand identity across all platforms.
- Manage raw footage, project files, and video assets efficiently.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver content according to the content calendar.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, and social media formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of video storytelling and visual composition.
- Strong knowledge of colour correction and colour grading.
- Experience with audio editing, sound design, and synchronization.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.




- Good understanding of social media video formats and audience engagement.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience editing motivational speeches and personal development content.
- Experience working with professional speakers, coaches, educators, or influencers.
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization.
- Experience creating viral-style reels and engaging short-form content.
- Knowledge of advanced animations, visual effects, and cinematic editing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
