- Team Supervision & Leadership: Supervise, guide, and train junior stewards and waitstaff on service standard operating procedures (SOPs), grooming, and hygiene protocols.
- Floor & Table Service: Assist captains and servers with smooth table turnover, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing special guest requests.
- Mise-en-Place & Readiness: Ensure proper setup of side stations, cutlery, crockery, hollowware, and linens before shifts begin and proper closing inventory afterward.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor service complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Coordinate between the dining floor, kitchen, and bar staff to prevent bottlenecks during peak hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
