About the Project

Ameera Mansion is a premium residential project on 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar. We are looking for a Sr Sales Manager who can lead the sales of these high-value plots.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for the project’s plots.

Meet high-net-worth clients, investors and NRI buyers, and arrange site visits.

Manage the entire sales process from lead to booking: enquiry, follow-up, negotiation, booking and documentation.

Hire, train, motivate and manage the performance of the sales team and channel partners (brokers/agents).

Track market rates and trends, including nearby competing projects, and give feedback to management.

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, lead tracking and CRM updates.

Work with the marketing team on lead generation and promotions.

Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required Qualifications and Experience

5 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land/premium property sales.

Experience in high-ticket sales (deals worth crores) is preferred.





Good understanding of the Jalandhar and Punjab real estate market, with a strong local network.

Experience leading a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, Punjabi and basic English).

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Graduate (MBA or a degree in sales/marketing preferred).
