1. **JOB PURPOSE Support to all fields of medicine.
1. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Core Responsibilities
- To provide timely and accurate services to the patients service users.
- To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen.
- To keep abreast with latest research, development techniques in the field.
- To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, Proactive ness).
- To ensure smooth running of the department.

- To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples.
- To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates.
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources by self and subordinates.

- To be well groomed, punctual adhere to company policies and practices.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.

- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process,

- To Comply with patient safety policy
- To ensure secure utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
