About the Role: The Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing pilgrimage tour operations to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. This role involves handling bookings, vendor coordination, itinerary management, and providing operational support before, during, and after tours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Booking & Reservations

- Handle bookings for flights / trains / buses / hotels, and special darshan passes
- Maintain booking records and operational documents
- Coordinate ticketing and reservation confirmations
- Monitor availability and manage last-minute changes

2. Vendor Management

- Liaise with hotels / transport operators / vendors / guides / and local agents
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain operational records, booking details, and vendor contracts
- Prepare tour reports and operational summaries
- Track payments, invoices,



and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Multilingual - Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu/Tamil etc
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Knowledge of pilgrimage destinations and routes
- Customer – oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, booking systems)
- Willingness to work in a religious and spiritual ecosystem
- Solid motivation to grow within the organization
