Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain databases, and provide accurate business information to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have robust MS Excel skills, good analytical abilities, and experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyse data from different departments.

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting sheets.

- Prepare sales, purchase, inventory, stock, and performance reports.

- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting formats.

- Use advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and Data Validation.

- Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Track business performance, targets, and key operational metrics.

- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and meet reporting deadlines.





- Generate ad hoc reports and provide data support to management.

- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of information.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

- Practical experience in MIS reporting and data management.

- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other Excel formulas.

- Ability to prepare dashboards and management reports.

- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of ERP systems or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting role.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates with qualifications in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Applications may be preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.

- Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and business reporting is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
