Job Title- Research Analyst (Primary Research Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Work Mode: Noida Sector- 63 (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary research to gather accurate and relevant market information from B2B companies across various industries.
- Identify and connect with corporate professionals, industry experts, business owners, decision-makers, product and service providers, and manufacturers to collect research data.
- Conduct telephonic interviews, surveys, email-based outreach, and structured discussions to obtain industry-specific insights.
- Collect information related to company profiles, products, services, manufacturing capabilities, business operations, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a database of relevant companies, industry contacts, and research respondents.
- Validate collected information to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and completeness.
- Analyze primary research findings and prepare structured reports, research summaries, and insights based on collected data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand research objectives, project requirements, and target respondent profiles.
- Meet research project deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of collected information.




- Maintain proper documentation of research activities, respondent interactions, and collected data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Primary Research, preferably within the B2B research domain.
- Strong experience in conducting primary research involving corporate companies, product-based businesses, service providers, and manufacturing companies.
- Practical knowledge of respondent identification, data collection, interview coordination, and survey-based research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and respondent-engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools used for research data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple research assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Valuable organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured research databases.

Pay: ₹222,000.00 - ₹610,000.00 per year
