- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring for front-of-house (servers, hosts, bartenders) and back-of-house (line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers) staff. Conduct interviews and orientation.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain the employee handbook and oversee attendance policies to minimize staff turnover.
- Daily Financial Tracking: Reconcile daily POS (Point of Sale) sales reports, cash collections, credit card settlements, and digital/UPI payment gateways.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, food and beverage supplier payments, utility bills,



and expense tracking.
- Payroll Processing: Compute monthly payroll in coordination with timekeeping records, handle statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, skilled tax), and ensure timely disbursement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L;) statements, cash flow reports, and assist with inventory cost controls (food and beverage margins) and audits.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
