Job Summary

SFO Technologies is looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, project execution, site supervision, and quality management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing civil engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed within the defined timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review civil and structural drawings and identify discrepancies, if any.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout project execution.
- Monitor material consumption, manpower utilization, and site resources.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, and project documentation.




- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Identify site-related issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining project budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction project execution.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and quality control.
- Experience in site supervision and contractor management.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
