About the Institution

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our special education team. The candidate will support children with special needs in developing their motor skills, sensory processing, independence, and daily living activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Assess children's motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional development.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
- Provide sensory integration activities and interventions based on individual needs and clinical assessment.
- Improve fine motor and gross motor skills.
- Support handwriting, hand-eye coordination, balance, and body coordination.
- Develop self-care and daily living skills such as eating, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, and developmental delays.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain therapy records.
- Coordinate with Special Educators, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, parents, and other professionals.




- Guide parents and caregivers on home-based therapeutic activities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT).
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) preferred.
- Relevant professional registration as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to work with children with diverse developmental needs.
